A lovely pocket sized companion adopting the idea that one's cells can in effect be 'programmed' to receive the chemicals that induces happiness by practising 'being happy'.
The book, towards the end, does take on the flavour of an advert for the author's therapy centre and all the suggested reading is written by the same author using a pen name.
Despite this though I found the book to be based on a premise that at worse offers an interesting perspective and at best could actually be life changing.
