while the content is fascinating and robert graysmith a thorough writer who really was in the thick of this mess, i was disappointed to find that
this was the first paperback in history i've purchased which doesn't have all of the pages. there are at least 30-40 missing pages in this book. it was faultily collated when it was made. it'd be a good read otherwise.
