The plan blends dance with sculpting moves, is inspired by Latin rhythms, and burns between 700 and 1,000 calories an hour. The second part of the plan is a diet plan which begins with a 5-Day Express Diet to help lose up to 9 lbs. In 5 days, then offers 14-day meal plans and recipes. An accompanying DVD offers further exercise moves and visual reinforcement, making this a 'must' package for any wishing to lose weight AND have fun!
